Return Policy

B2B Return & Refund Policy

At CnGlass, we take quality seriously and strive to ensure that every product delivered to our B2B partners meets agreed-upon standards. Below is our return and refund policy specifically tailored for wholesale and business customers.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, kept in original packaging, and stored in a proper condition.

  • We do not accept returns for overstock, unsold inventory, or buyer’s remorse.


2. Quality Issues & Damages

If you receive goods that are defective, damaged, or not as ordered:

  • Please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide:

    • Purchase order number

    • Product name/ID

    • Quantity affected

    • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

  • After verification, we will offer replacement, credit, or partial/full refund, depending on the case.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the buyer

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Customized/OEM/ODM items (unless manufacturing defects are proven)

  • Returns requested after the allowable return window


4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact your sales representative or email sales@cnglass.com.cn to report the issue.

  2. Await our quality team’s assessment and return authorization.

  3. Upon approval, return the goods to the address we provide.

  4. Once goods are received and inspected, we will proceed with compensation as agreed.

All return shipments must be arranged and paid by the buyer unless the issue is caused by us.


5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after returned goods are inspected and approved.

  • In case of production errors, we may offer free replacement in your next shipment or issue a credit note.


6. Important Notes

  • Please inspect the goods upon arrival. Late claims may not be honored.

  • For large volume shipments, we recommend a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) or third-party quality check.

All returns must be authorized in writing before shipping back.

7. For Purchases on Other Retail Platforms

If you purchased CnGlass products through other authorized retail platforms (such as online marketplaces or distributors), please follow the return and refund policy of the respective platform. All returns, exchanges, and claims must be processed in accordance with the rules and procedures of that platform.
